Come join us for an interactive workshop for creatives taking the next step, leaders and founders who want to communicate better with clients, collaborators and teams.

Over three hours, we’ll explore why smart people can look at the same situation and see something completely different, and how behavioural styles, mental models and communication habits shape the way we work together.

This is a hands-on session designed to help you communicate with more clarity, handle difficult moments with more confidence and build stronger creative relationships.

About Facilitator

Annemarie Gereis is a Learning and Development Specialist, founder of People Grow People and host of the Creator Co-labs community. Her background spans VFX, media, education and government, which has shaped how she thinks about people, communication and working under pressure. Today, she designs and facilitates workshops in communication, leadership, design thinking, innovation and decision-making. She also lectures at UNSW Sydney and has spoken at SIGGRAPH, Texas Christian University, SAE and AIT. At the heart of her work is helping people build confidence, think differently and work better together.
